unfortunately the music industry has become about image, so even though her voice is amazing, she doesn't fit the stupid cookie cutter mold. It sucks, but she does indeed totally rock.

I stopped watching too when Melinda did not win. I saw the finale show that season with Melinda singing with BeBe and CeCe. That was it for me.
