It's reasonable to say that hes been out there for no more than a few minutes, looking at his face and cheeks he doesn't show the signs of being exposed to cold air for very long. No shit the water isn't 0 degrees, I purposely exagerated. Besides that, impossible 0? Have you never even touched a book? Water freezes at 32 degrees F, and water found in a frozen pond in the United States can reach 16 degrees F, in the poles water can reach into the Negatives. Lets say his body tempature was lowered, in the time he was exposed to the air it couldn't be drastic, even if it were his body can only get so cold, the water would still be much colder there for still a risk for shock
