that because when an enccedent happened to Aisha and everbody were in doubt weather she had an affaire or not, so they have to bring four witnesses to make her innocent, it's goes like a trial, but unfourtunatly they couldn't find four witnesses therefore Allah mentioned in the Quran this sura to tell that Aisha is innocent. Moreover, Allah said liars because some mohammad followers claim that Aisha had an affair. That's the whole story! :p

Your responed is a clear evidence that you know nothing about Islam. you mentioned that Allah calls Mohammad (peace be upon him) a liar in sura 24:13, let me "explain 4 u" ; first of all Allah said in Quran LIARS plural not liar singular, if you are smart enough you wouldn't have a problem in understanting this point.
