I`m honest, easygoing and good hearten man, Calm and rather soft but don`t let people go over my head. I do love to have much time with my family on my leisure time to help know the side of each and everyone whether good or bad so as to help get solutions to the bad ones before they turn out to be something more uncontrollable. I also enjoy moderate exercise to keep my heart fit since it helps me to diminish the risk to heart, so i most love to do brisk walking of about 12 miles to provide significant improvement. And this helps reduce the risks of developing cardiovascular disease.
